修會計法 教長：給教授一次機會

針對會計法修法風波，教育部長蔣偉寧今天出席國民黨立委蔣乃辛舉辦的十二年國教公聽會後表示，行政院規畫提出覆議案，下周一將召開臨時院會討論、充分交換意見，至於未來是否提出修正案，應該由院長江宜樺決定。

蔣偉寧說，若未來要進一步修法，應該給公款公用的教授一次機會，透過合適的程序與方式替他們除罪。至於公款私用的教授，蔣偉寧維持一貫態度，表示應依照法律規定，「該怎麼處理就怎麼處理。」
