送修前如何確認手機是否需要刷回原廠?

各位01的朋友大家好~
近期我的親戚給了我一隻One X發現問題多多....
保固快到了所以想進廠維修,我知道如果進行了刷機/解鎖/ROOT都是會破保的
一開始我拿到手機就這樣,但感覺這支手機並非使用原本手機中的ROM
像是遠傳電信版刷成通路版的樣子
手機盒上看到FET還有單據都是遠傳的,我才在想應該有被刷過
