請推薦彩色雷射多功能事務機

最近想買一台事務機，主要的需求為：

1.彩色雷射影印
2.要有傳真功能
3.要能掃描
4.不用開電腦就能影印
5.碳粉匣沒有晶片的(這是人家說的，好像這樣才可以自己補充碳粉..)
這部分我也不太懂，只是想以後自己補充碳粉，這樣好像比較省

預算大約5000~6000千左右，請推薦CP值高的事務機，感激不盡~~
