吳宗憲與大學生互毆案　和解不起訴

綜藝天王吳宗憲今年2月8日凌晨5時許，與藝人蕭亞軒、柯震東及楊謹華前往北市南京東路「陳家涼麵」吃消夜，卻誤會餐廳一同吃消夜的大學生陳煜豐等3人是跟拍藝人的狗仔隊，雙方開始起爭執，吳宗憲還罵陳煜豐「你這個小癟三」，進而互毆，事後互控傷害。

日前吳宗憲開庭時主動釋出善意，除主動撤告還開記者會公開道歉：「本人在此事件中，是本人動手打陳煜豐，且整個過程陳煜豐完全沒有動手打我。之前在媒體上因我的發言關係，造成媒體誤解並偏頗報導，造成對陳煜豐同學的傷害，我在這向陳煜豐同學公開道歉。」獲大學生原諒並同意和解，台北地檢署今對4人不起訴。
