最新肺癌標靶藥沒健保　每月要花20多萬元

肺癌已連續3年，居男女10大癌症死因首位，其中85％是「非小細胞肺癌」，目前已發現EGFR、ALK這2種非小細胞肺癌致病基因，但只有EGFR對標靶藥有反應。
 
輝瑞藥廠今天記者會指出，衛生署已核准ALK陽性患者專用的全球第1個標靶藥物「截剋瘤」，醫師指出，2/3的肺癌患者確診時已是晚期，目前多以標靶藥治療。
 
非EGFR的非小細胞癌患者中，約15％是ALK肺癌患者，且ALK肺癌患者的平均年齡52歲，比肺癌平均年齡66歲來得年輕，新藥提供患者治病新選擇，對抗小細胞肺癌建議同步接受EGFR、ALK基因檢測，才能對症下藥。
 
輝瑞表示，目前「截剋瘤」尚未獲得健保給付，初估每月藥費約20多萬元。
