酒駕失控撞車禍現場　醉男骨折被逮

高雄市一名沈姓男子（30歲）在塑膠工廠當作業員，本月8日晚間與友人喝酒，喝了7、8瓶啤酒，騎機車回家途經本館路時，有2部機車已先行互撞，摔在馬路上，陳姓及程姓車主，先拿起路旁椅子擋在路中央，並報警處理，因當時路燈昏暗，加上沈男不勝酒力，將充當路障的椅子撞飛，失控摔車。
 
沈男頭部挫傷、鎖骨骨折，酒測值達0.91mg/l。
 
警方發現，沈男曾有酒駕紀錄，3年前就被判刑5個月。全案訊後依公共危險罪嫌送辦。
