不滿控訴影響考績　警眷告警署長恐嚇

中華民國警察警聲會5月24日到立法院群賢樓前抬棺抗議，控訴警政署許多改革制度，加長基層員工時及壓力，1名警員的楊姓眷屬今指控，抬棺抗議不久，有直轄市發布公文，指警員若透過眷屬或他人名譽濫控，導致機關聲譽受損，將依規定懲處，且考績恐列丙等。

楊婦不滿此舉讓警眷覺得遭恐嚇，言論自由變相遭迫害，恐造成白色恐怖再現，今天上午到台北地檢署遞狀，控告警政署長王卓鈞等相關單位官員涉恐嚇、圖利罪。

楊婦不滿說：「如果警察受到官方迫害，申訴還要乖乖依照該單位規定，連眷屬、友人都不能代為控訴，不是白色恐怖嗎？」楊婦提告後，並前往監察院遞交警政署失職檢舉書。
