Sony Z一些問題

今天剛入手Sony Z
一開始先使用Wifi 去Play商店下載app
但下載一直卡住..卻停留在下載中狀態
以及 我使用瀏覽器很順.

想說是否是Play 商店問題?

另外 要如何快速檢測Sony Z 是否沒問題
用工程模式測試?還有其他必須注意的事項?
