防梅毒戴保險套，一層最好！疾管局今（11）日表示，戴雙層保險套容易因內外層間彼此摩擦而破損裂開，並增加保險套滑脫的風險，反而失去保護效果。

疾管局提醒，梅毒為性傳染疾病，主要經由性交及其他性行為的緊密接觸而傳染，建議避免多重性伴侶與性生活史不明的對象發生性行為。發生性行為時，應全程正確使用保險套，潤滑劑也應選用水性較佳，嬰兒油、乳液等油性潤滑液增加摩擦係數，容易破壞保險套材質。
