iphone5手機維修問題

我的iphone5是我老公跟我小叔的女友買的，
她使用大概一個月就換了蝴蝶機，
當初也是人家送她的，昨天我發現我手機壞掉想拿去修
，因為我用中華電信的門號，就拿去神腦維修中心，
結果一查，發現序號不是神腦賣出的，便叫我拿去別間修理，
但是我總不能一間一間去問，手機是哪裡賣出的吧，
我能用電話打去客服，請他們幫我查詢是否是由該公司賣出的手機嗎?
神腦說聯強、燦坤、任何3c都有可能...
