是的 很有可能是末端接水溝的地方
我遇過的管道末端塞過一堆銅版
加上施工工人用剩的填縫泥
通通塞在屋內底端直通屋外水溝的轉角口

遇到大雨，雙拼的陽台兩戶一起冒大水

最後還把水溝路面打掉
疏通末端出水口
直接加上鐵蓋
初一十五就打開來看一下

您的問題
應該就是通的距離不夠遠
力量也不夠強
