朋友推的！　國中生慶畢業溺水案逆轉

少年遺體被打撈上岸，6月4日晚間，新北市土城區一所國中剛畢業的蘇姓國中生，到河邊烤肉慶祝畢業，卻發生溺水意外，現在案情出現大逆轉，原來蘇姓少年是被友人故意推下去的。

家屬哭到心都碎了，當時現場目擊的3名友人，供稱是在打鬧中不小心將不諳水性的蘇姓少年推到河水中，但經過警察連日偵訊，其中一位楊姓少年，承認當時大家起鬨要跳水，蘇姓少年因為不會游泳拒絕，而他因為好玩，趁蘇姓少年不注意，把他推下水，沒想到會發生意外，檢察官研判楊姓少年有蓄意行為，依殺人罪嫌函送少年法庭。
