請問新增訓練表至garmin edge 500

最近想訓練跑步，所以會在garmin training center建立訓練表，然後出成.tcx檔存在edge500的newfiles資料夾中，重新開機後就會轉成.fit檔，然後在edge500中訓練表功能中，就可以看到新的訓練計畫。

可是問題來了，今天升級軟體到3.0.0後，就無法用這種方式新增訓練表，用上述方式後，一開訓練表裡面就空空的，看不到新增的訓練表。

請問有什麼辦法可以解決嗎？謝謝。
