行動硬碟出問題

我去順發買了個行動硬碟
是BUFFALO 的 HD-PET500U2

備份檔案到PC時出現了"無法複製 檢查多餘的循環"
按照網路上其他人的指示用chkdsk g: /f /r /x來修理 但它每次都跑到32趴就停掉了

另外在備份時也出現
"無法複製因為I/O裝置錯誤 所以無法執行請求"

請問:
1.如何解決上述兩個問題
2.請問出現這種問題是因為我買的行動硬碟品質比較爛嗎?
