FT：Fed將暗示QE減碼時間已近

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】據英國《金融時報》（Financial Times，FT）報導，美國聯準會（Federal Reserve，Fed）主席柏南克（Ben Bernanke）可能在台北時間周四凌晨決策會後記者會上暗示，外稱QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆）的資產收購計畫接近減碼，但會同時強調未來動向須視經濟狀況而定，以平衡減碼說法。

不過，《金融時報》市場評析指出，儘管Fed開始為QE退場幫市場心理建設，但有鑑於干預政策規模龐大，經濟活動與金融市場習於這些支持措施，養成高度倚賴，減碼退場既困難又複雜。
