英陸央行達成換匯協議

（法新社倫敦23日電） 英格蘭銀行（Bank of England，英國央行）宣布，英銀與中國人民銀行已簽署英鎊與人民幣換匯協議，效為3年。

英銀總裁金恩（Mervyn King）與人行行長周小川昨天達成這項協定。

根據英銀聲明：「最高換匯額度為人民幣2000億元（326億美元）。」

「換匯協議可能會用來促進雙邊貿易，並在市場情況許可下，為國內金融穩定提供助力。」（譯者：中央社林亭儀）
