朝野立委推擠 議事暫停擺

立法院院會今天排定處理停建核能四廠公民投票案等案，朝野立法委員在議場主席台推擠，議事暫時停擺，議案進展仍受矚目。

院會排定處理攸關證券交易所得稅修法的所得稅法部分條文修正草案、公共債務法部分條文修正草案、攸關十二年國民基本教育的高級中等教育法草案及專科學校法部分條文修正草案、停建核四公投案等案。

民主進步黨立法院黨團、台灣團結聯盟黨團昨天揚言將占據議場主席台，中國國民黨團一早就先占據主席台，朝野立委在主席台上推擠，場面混亂。約上午9時又引起一陣推擠，場面混亂。
