股東質疑股價　宏盛林祖郁：今年有大推案

【劉曉霞／台北報導】宏盛建設(2534)今天召開股東會，現場有股東說，他同時持有宏盛和冠德(2520)股票，從去年底至今，冠德已漲到30幾元，但宏盛卻還在20幾元。宏盛董事長林祖郁信心喊話說：「今年會有大量推案。」

林祖郁說，今年施工中的推案總銷金額就有200多億元，實際銷售的有116億元，包括「淡海新世界2」、「宏盛帝景」等。宏盛去年稅後獲利2.95億元，每股稅後盈餘0.5元。
