周康記獲聘 康和證董座

工商時報【記者林燦澤／台北報導】

康和證券（6016）周一董事會決議通過，董事長鄧序鵬請辭案，並選任前群益證券總經理周康記為新任董事長，高階人事案將在7月1日生效，可望帶動康和證業務轉型發展。

康和證表示，董事會選任高級顧問周康記為新任董事長；據了解康和證券副董事長鄭大宇，將會空出所擔任的康和期貨董事長，由鄧序鵬轉任，鄧序鵬仍將擔任康和證董事。

康和證自去年延攬承銷界大將葉秀惠出任總經理，積極衝刺承銷、股務代理以及研究，成效逐步顯現，目前簽定主辦IP0以及股務代理均逾30家，由於周康記之前歷練證交所、櫃買中心以及群益證券，市場看好周康記接任康和證券董事長後，可望進一步推動康和證業務轉型以及整體業績提振。
