污水染溪30年　里長怒斥還我魚蝦

【曾伯愷／新北報導】新北市五股區水碓窠溪，30年來飽受林口區上游工廠排放廢水影響，造成溪水終年染色，水質汙染嚴重，導致魚蝦無法生存。五股區福德里長吳永村痛罵：「相關單位態度消極，還我乾淨溪水，還我魚蝦。」
 
吳永村表示，30多年來向相關單位尋求協助，但五股區公所與市政府相關單位，總是等到民眾檢舉時，才會對上游工廠處以6萬元罰金開單告發。相關單位消極作為加上罰金過低，造成工廠肆無忌憚，依舊任意排放廢水。
