圓方創新董座：2年後改掛觀光股

【劉曉霞／台北報導】圓方創新(5395)今天下午正式和頂級休閒度假旅館集團GHM（General Hotel Management）簽約，預定2015年在竹東設「神去村」。圓方創新董事長徐翊銘說，房地產多頭已走完，快要不景氣，未來公司將會以觀光飯店為本業，房產開發當業外收入，預定2年後改掛觀光類股。

徐翊銘指出，神去村年營收估約25億元，預計11年可回本。他還透露，圓方創新在「神去村」附近有8萬多坪土地，採分期開發，預定興建3000~4000戶別墅，總銷約200多億元。
