「淡水小白宮前都更案」公告展覽　下月2日將辦座談會

【顏嘉瑩／新北報導】倍受爭議的「淡水小白宮」都更案因附近有紅毛城等古蹟帶，讓環保團體和專家學者反對都更，延宕多時。新北市政府目前將「淡水小白宮前都更案」公告展覽30日，並將於7月2日、9日分別舉辦座談會及公聽會，廣納各方說法。

新北市政府都市更新處說明，目前已研擬「淡水埔頂地區都市設計管制準則（草案）」，未來將會維持環境、文化景觀，和地主權益。7月2日將邀請文史團體和專家學者座談，並不對外開放；但7月9日的公聽會則歡迎有興趣民眾參加。

除「淡水小白宮」外，新北市政府明天也將召開古蹟審查會議，決定「新店碧潭吊橋」的歷史定位，若被核定為古蹟，都更案將會受到衝擊。
