高雄地王蔡天贊：部分重心轉台南

【記者陳建宇、劉曉霞／高雄、台北連線報導】京城建設(2524)今天舉行記者會，高雄地王京城集團董事長蔡天贊說，京城手中土地存量有5萬多坪，大多都在高雄市區，高雄整體都不錯，獵地沒有針對特別區域，未來部分重心會轉向台南，因為台南房市也不錯。

蔡天贊也提到，未來5年內有10案推出，總銷有千億元。高雄房價都再漲，沒有特別看好哪個區域，未來推案會採市區主推中大坪數，楠梓、仁武地區主推首購，單坪售價落在15萬元左右。
