膝蓋受傷為何那麼難好??

我跑步跑了4個多月,減了20公斤,但也許是跑太勤,或姿勢不良
一周5次,一次跑1小時,不幸膝蓋出了點狀況,可是怎麼過一個月了
還沒有痊癒
有去看了骨科,作熱敷和電療
但那醫生讓我很不滿,我明明是雙腳都在痛,他卻只開左腳的療程,是一次只能治療一隻腳嗎
而且效果似乎不明顯,看來要考慮換家醫院了
膝蓋有那麼難好嗎
