炒正峰新股票 虧2億仍遭約談

股市炒手林姓男子涉嫌炒作正峰新股票，雖然沒有獲利、損失近兩億元，但檢調認為，林姓男子透過人頭炒股，影響股市交易，涉嫌違反證交法。台北地檢署今天上午指揮台北市調查處搜索林姓男子的住處，並將他約談到案，以釐清相關案情。
