這樣加蓋屋頂鐵皮屋可行嗎?

我家是透天厝，長條型房子，地坪以30算，頂樓中間有太陽能板，大概佔5坪，所以我打算在前(以15坪算)後(以10坪算)蓋兩個鐵皮屋，只為了多一層屋頂，防止太陽直接照射，讓頂樓不熱而已，可以這樣蓋嗎?不需要四周包鐵皮，只要穩固的鋼架+上面的鐵皮+前後雨水溝槽，這樣價位多少?
