嬉弄囚友吻屌　戒治所收容人被訴

【呂志明／台北報導】因涉嫌吸毒在矯正署某戒治所戒治的林姓男子(47歲)，在舍房內常以老鳥之姿欺侮一名新進的收容人，今年1月20日，林男見一名嘴邊長水泡的新進收容人在舍房內洗澡時，林男當著10餘名室友面前，脫掉褲子，將生殖器湊進正在洗頭的收容人面前，還強押對方的頭讓嘴碰觸到他的生殖器，此舉惹得在場室友哄堂大笑。

被害收容人認為遭差辱，事後向管理員反應，台北地檢署今依強制猥褻罪，將林男起訴。
