黃昆輝說十二年國教不應倉促

台聯主席黃昆輝今天舉行記者會說，倉促實施十二年國教，將釀成一場重大災難，技職教育是台灣發展的命根，台灣最需要的首先是重建技職教育，再者是讓國教向下延伸一年，讓上班的家長能夠安心生小孩。
