昇陽投資南部地上權　瞄準飯店休閒

【顏嘉瑩／台北報導】昇陽建設（3266）今開股東會，該公司在今年第1季正式合併為「昇陽建設企業公司」，未來土地開發仍以大台北地區為主，積極標地上權、都更案、BOT案等，日前標下台南、屏東等地上權案，預計將規劃飯店休閒業。

昇陽建設董事長麥寬成今低調不受訪，股東會結束後便與隨扈匆匆離去。總經理簡伯殷表示，今年第1批國有土地地上權標售，昇陽標下台南、屏東2塊地上權土地，坪數分別為300多、1000多坪。因2塊土地皆為商業區，未來將規劃為飯店，但要出租或自家品牌經營仍尚未確定，預計3年內會動工。

簡伯殷透露，除台灣以外，目前正積極朝中國中西部2、3線城市投資，將推住宅案。
