GO桌面會耗電嗎and省電app的一些問題

本人是用安卓的S3
想請問一些問題

1.請問GO桌面會很耗電嗎 ?

2.PLAY上有很多省電APP 每個功能好像都有"螢幕關閉時 自動關閉3G...等網路 打開螢幕自動開啟網路"
可是那這樣如果鎖屏的時候有人傳LINE過來
不是就無法知道了嗎
只能一直打開螢幕 ? (因為打開螢幕會自動開啟網路)
那這樣不是很不方便嗎 ><
