【短片】因應氣候變遷　歐巴馬發表節能減碳計畫

【綜合報導】美國總統歐巴馬昨日在喬治城大學(Georgetown University)進行演說，發表因應氣候變遷、節能減碳計畫，其中減少發電廠的碳排放。

歐巴馬強調，要全面減少碳排放量，包括發電廠排放的汙染物將必須受到限制。此外，新一波的節能政策也將拓展再生能源運用、防洪措施，以及對國際間倡導環保綠能的重要性。
