現在還有東西能吃嗎?(昏倒...)

真的覺得現在的商人越來越誇張了，為什麼就不能好好的做好東西給大家?東西不好就算了，還有毒!!!現在可以的話盡量還是自己煮比較安全
尤其現在夏天吃些自己做的沙拉也還蠻健康的，大家有推薦的沙拉食譜嗎?
