（中央社記者葉子綱雲林縣25日電）雲林縣長蘇治芬、嘉義縣長張花冠今天聯手，砲轟公債法修法不公，重六都輕地方，區域均衡發展淪為空談。

蘇治芬、張花冠在雲林科技大學召開記者會，對即將完成修法的公共債務法修正案，擴大6直轄市舉債空間，縣市人民淪為次等國民，他們批評這是「不公不義」。

蘇治芬和張花冠直批政黨協商的公債法修正案，造成直轄市人民每人可舉債額度是其他縣市人民的2.1倍，呼籲修法方向，應以均衡區域發展為目標，特別照顧經濟弱勢縣市。1020625
