雙邊非球面鏡片的選擇

經過版上眾多朋友熱心的建議，小弟我在高雄三民區跑遍了幾家眼鏡行，發現了一種雙面非球面的鏡片很適合我這種高度近視的族群（近視1050，900，散光175），店家說雙非球鏡片戴起來較舒適，且成像較佳是真的嗎？而且hoya的雙非球店家介紹其鍍膜技術和成像和硬度已經不輸玻璃片了！但是Hoya雙非球面鏡片卻沒全視線，只有Nikon1.74有做全視線，店家說nikon1.74單非球的厚度其實跟hoya的雙非球差不多，請問有經驗的朋友真的是如此嗎？
看來想搞支輕巧又時尚的眼鏡對高度近視族群實在是困難重重啊！
