吸毒駕車撞死賣花婦還肇逃　法院重判

【孫友廉／新北報導】有吸毒前科又沒有駕照的酒店經紀周啟揚，今年1月22日凌晨5時許，駕車停放中和區中正路路旁，吸食Ｋ他命，剛好中和第二分局保安大隊巡邏，周男擔心被逮，加速駕車離開，卻在中和區連城路口違規左轉，撞死平日在該處販賣玉蘭花的中國籍翁姓女子。
 
周男（26歲）肇事後仍加速逃逸，擦撞多輛車輛，最後因所開車輛嚴重毀損，棄車逃跑而被警逮捕，周男事後還冒用林姓男子應訊，經警比對指紋才揭穿其真實身份。
 
新北地院日前依服用毒品不能安全駕駛、肇逃等罪，共判處周男7年4月徒刑，另冒名等偽造文書部分、則共判處10月，可用30萬元易科罰金；全案尚可上訴。
