推薦的防霧劑、蛙鏡

　　小弟以前是用swans的防霧劑，感覺還不錯，但有推薦更好的嗎？

　　用了五年的蛙鏡是黑貂的，CP值很高。因為近視度數偏高，且都在艷陽高照的戶外游約兩小時，官網是推薦RS-101或RS-923，配上RS-3MPL 3D極致鍍膜鏡片。各位前輩看法或使用過的心得如何？
