澎非法民宿賣水上行程　40歲男子溺水

鄭姓男子太太：「打電話跟我講說我先生溺水了，竟然沒穿救生衣，我聽到他沒穿救生衣這3個字，我就沒辦法接受。」

家屬好焦急，到澎湖旅遊，沒想到參加民宿業者辦的目斗嶼浮潛，卻不幸溺水，鄭姓男子傍晚6點55分緊急送醫，已經失去生命跡象。民宿業者：「我是叫他們在船上，然後我們下去抓海膽。」澎湖旅遊處處長陳美齡：「不過浮潛要有設備啊，不然要怎麼浮潛？」民宿業者：「我們就是沒有在做浮潛。」

業者撇清有浮潛行程，但根據了解，他們不只帶民眾參加水上活動，還用竹筏載客，重點該民宿 其實沒有執照。陳美齡：「就非法民宿這個營業部分，我們會做一個處理。」

無照民宿業者，違法賣旅遊行程，而且遊客還未穿救生衣，都觸及相關法令，澎湖旅遊處將依法 開罰，追究責任。
