未登記「偽農藥流竄」　宜蘭查扣2.5噸

一盒又一盒的箱子，到處貼滿封條，打開一看滅蜘蛛、克蟲丹，零瑯滿目的殺蟲藥劑，25日被宜蘭縣政府查獲，疑似都是「偽農藥」。宜蘭縣動植物防疫所股長陳瀅如：「我們接獲地檢署的通報之後，就前天下午接獲地檢署通報，那我們就去配合做查緝。」

將近2.5頓的不明農藥，在大同鄉南山、四季2村的倉庫中，共有17種遭到檢方查扣，比起一般的市售農藥，這些偽農藥的標示明顯不清，像是登記證號、成分劑量以及出產公司都是草率帶過。

主任檢察官古慧珍：「在宜蘭縣境內有農藥行非法販賣三本醋錫的禁藥，那我們從這個案件發現到說，竟然有黑心的業者在賣三本醋錫的時候，把沒有三本醋錫成份充當是三本醋錫的農藥來販賣。」

檢方破獲黑心農藥，也約談相關涉案人員，目前整批偽農藥的成分和含量還需後續查驗，不過非法農藥流入市面，還是讓農民人人自危。
