張盛和：QE退場 美經濟後勢看好

在證所稅完成修正後，台股昨天也出現上漲行情，財政部長張盛和今天表示，昨天漲一百多點，今天漲六、七十點，差不多回歸基本面了。而且因為不確定因素也消失了，雖然最近影響大是美QE退場，但這也代表美國聯準會主席柏南克對美國經濟後勢是看好的，大家可以持正面看法。
