請問是我的問題嗎？

月初跟人家發生擦撞，我跟他都行駛在左邊（阿婆推車那線），然後對方騎在我的右邊突然打燈左轉，我從後面撞到對方。
經過調解，調解員說其實這條路是3線道，我應該要騎在最左邊（被停滿車的那線道），這樣才100%對方主因。
我問調解員說那線道停了汽車與機車，我是要怎麼騎。
調解員說如果我撞到汽車，就是汽車的錯。。。所以我是應該要聽調解員的話去撞路邊的車嗎？
另外。。。調解員跟我說雙白線可以換車道，而且在阿婆那線道可以直接左轉，不用先換到快車道再左轉。
我不知道是我的問題還是調解員說的對？
