辱男同事逼吃狗罐頭　女稱「好玩呀」判拘

【綜合報導】新北市八里河濱微風餐廳前女員工何蕙君涉霸凌1名智能不足的劉姓男同事，除經常辱罵「死白癡」、「智障」，去年2度逼他吃狗罐頭，餐廳老闆娘見狀斥責，何女回「好玩啊，因為他很討厭。」士林地院昨依強制罪判何女拘役65天，可易科罰金6萬5000元。

法官指出，食用狗罐頭雖對人體健康無害，但對個人自尊有損，認為何女不思與同事和睦相處，卻以逼吃狗罐頭及言語羞辱劉男，因此依強制及公然侮辱罪判刑。
