美國味廚藝大車拚　台灣代表得第3

【朱正庭╱台北報導】由美國肉類出口協會首次舉辦的「美國之味亞洲廚藝競賽」，今於台北國際食品展舉辦總決賽，參賽廚師須在3小時內，做出開胃菜、湯、主菜、甜點4道精緻料理，台灣代表、來自手工披薩餐廳薄多義的李敦立與林盈緯最後獲第3名，冠軍則是香港代表Eyck Zimmer。  

李敦立與林盈緯的煎烤美國帶骨里肌佐無花果紅酒醬汁，獲得評審相當的好評，現場還有親友加油團前來打氣。
