倒垃圾先「刷卡」？　未來擬秤重收費!
倒垃圾先放電子秤重機上？未來丟垃圾可能要「刷卡」付費！環保署擬推動垃圾秤重計費，最快今年於雙北市先行試辦，在部分垃圾車新設秤重設備與悠遊卡付費機制，成效良好的話將推行全台.

到時全台的溪或河,可能會有很多載浮載沉的垃圾,公園的垃圾桶被塞爆等等..當人想走旁門走道省錢時，到時 帳面上垃圾減少了，看不見的地方就會多出很多偷到垃圾，治標不治本!
