國中女性侵棄屍案 林國政無期定讞

邱合成被判死刑定讞，但就是同一天、卻有另一名死刑犯死裡逃生，他是兩年前在雲林縣、性侵害並且殺死一名國中女生的兇嫌__林國政；雖然一、二審法官都判他死刑，但是最高法院今天卻翻案、改判無期徒刑定讞。 兩年前、雲林縣發生葉姓少女被殺害棄屍案、震驚社會。凶手__林國政是性侵害累犯、才剛剛出獄又犯案，一審、二審都判他死刑，但今天最高法院撤銷了二審原判、改判無期徒刑定讞。理由是考量到兩公約的人權問題、以及被告坦承犯行，而且他的教育程度比較低，還具有教化的可能性。被害人父親在得知判決結果後、相當不滿，他表示、司法沒有一個標準、令他感到非常無奈。
