12年國教 私校直升比例108年降為50%

【何哲欣／台北報導】立法院上午朝野協商12年國教法源依據《高級中等教育法》修正草案，目前仍有4條文無共識，包括第2條（將9年國教與12年國教合為12年國民基本教育）、第35條與第37條（入學方式與比例）、第56條（是否排富、中央與地方經費負擔比例）。
 
國民黨團版本第35條規定，高中可採多元入學方式辦理招生，即以免試入學為主，部分名額可辦理特色招生；免試入學的私校直升比例，103年度不高於70%。上午協商後，國民黨團願退讓，改為106年度不得超過60%、108年度不得超過50%。不過這仍僅是初步共識，朝野尚未正式簽署協商結論，，下午若仍無結論，仍須表決處理。
