HTC蝴蝶機傳輸跟轉檔問題

問題1:
剛開始拿到手機~把USB傳輸線插到筆電~他說USB裝置無法辨識~後來只能用藍牙慢慢用~後來不知道怎麼USB傳輸線可以連上了~相片影片抓到筆電方便多了~但最近又變成USB裝置無法辨識?真的好不方便喔~可是如果說傳輸線壞了~但它連到筆電又有顯示在充電~換插在電腦用~也是在充電~就是沒跑出什麼來

問題2:
現在手機記憶體只剩39%~相片跟影片都是存在手機的~想把存手機的影片轉到插在手機裡的記憶卡裡~又該怎麼用呢?
