助青年就業 義祭緊急措施

（法新社米蘭26日電） 義大利政府今天公布因應青年高失業率的緊急措施，同時宣布延後調高加值稅。

義大利總理雷塔（Enrico Letta）召開記者會說，這項方案將釋出約15億歐元（19.5億美元）的歐洲與國家資金，協助20萬年輕人就業。

義大利政府在聲明中說，方案是要「改善勞動市場運作，增加就業，特別是年輕人就業，並援助有困難的家庭」。

義大利全國失業率4月間攀升到空前的12%，青年失業率更來到40%大關，義國奮力想擺脫持續2年的衰退。

緊急措施的資金大部分會用在貧窮的南部地區。

這項措施是在歐洲聯盟（EU）於布魯塞爾召開高峰會討論青年失業問題前提出，對雇用30歲以下員工的企業主提供每月最高650歐元的財務獎勵。

雷塔說，有了這些新措施在手，他就有「堅強的論據」出席高峰會，「打一場美好的仗，一場歐洲的戰役」。

雷塔也宣布，加值稅從21%調升至22%的計畫延後3個月實施。
