快訊 12年國教法源通過 明年8月正式上路

【何哲欣／台北報導】立法院臨時會下午5點50分三讀通過《高級中等教育法》修正案，儘管在野黨立委對高中教育應全面免費，且對招生方式、名額都有意見，但經表決後，仍都依照教育部版本通過。9年國民教育及高級中等教育，自明年8月起，將合為12年基本教育，不過僅有9年國教是免試、免學費、強迫入學，高中教育以免試入學為主，且須符合一定條件才免費。

依教育部規劃，免學費的門檻以家戶年所得148萬元為基準，未超過此基準的高一生免繳學費，預計涵蓋七成六家庭。

高中入學方式除免試入學外，可辦理特色招生，但免試入學的比例，103年度各就學區的免試總名額，應佔招生總名額75%以上，並逐年提升，到108年佔85%以上。
