1. 如果還未繳清上期通話費，可以先請業者幫忙復話再去繳費嗎?
(如果可以復話時間達多久，該怎麼跟業者說請他先幫忙復話?)

2. 這個月帳單還未繳清，可以跟下個月的帳單一起繳嗎?
(如果可以，那這段期間是先替我復話，還是一樣停話?)
