惠譽維持美3A信評 展望負向

（法新社華盛頓28日電） 信評機構惠譽（Fitch）今天繼續維持美國的AAA評級，但前景展望為負向，儘管華府財政有所改善。

惠譽說，美元是全球領導儲備貨幣，基於「強健的經濟與信用基礎」，美國仍然保有頂級3A信評。

不過，惠譽說，對於美國政府就中期與長期而言能否採取行動削債，仍有「持續不確定性」，因此展望為負向，這也提高近期內調降評級的可能性。

惠譽也提到，對於提高舉債上限、通過聯邦政府預算等問題而言，美國時隱時現的政治角力是近期的風險。

惠譽說，美國經濟復甦正逐漸上軌道，主因私營部門減債、房市反彈、失業率緩慢下降之助。

惠譽說，美國經濟「面對衝擊時，仍然比其他同樣持有高評級的國家更有活力，也更有彈性」。

不過，惠譽也警告，美國仍是3A評級國家中，最債台高築的國家之一。

惠譽說，雖然美國公共債務已穩定下來，沉重的債務負擔「仍然使得美國經濟和公共財務承受不起衝擊」。

惠譽說：「在缺乏額外預算改革和歲入措施的情況下，赤字和債務將在這十年的尾聲再次升高。」

惠譽年底將再次檢視評級，警告若美國無法適時提高舉債上限，「很可能導致降級」。（譯者：中央社樂羽嘉）
